We have many music teachers, all with either College degrees, other formal training, or unmatched professional performance experience. In addition, our music teachers are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them. We built our brand new facility keeping in mind the safety and comfort of our students, teachers, and families. So, all of our lesson rooms are equipped with 24/7 monitoring cameras that are wired into our lobby where families can wait comfortably while being able to watch lessons on the screen.

In addition, we’ve set a comfortable waiting area including refreshments (water, coffee) for your convenience.

Lastly, our plaza offers plenty of parking and 24hr security patrol offering students and families the utmost safety.

4. Fully equipped music lesson rooms.

We have invested thousands of dollars in our studio to offer you an exceptional lesson experience.

Hence, our rooms are equipped with everything you need for your music lessons.  This includes instruments, amps, drum kits with pads, keyboards, pianos, sound system, mixers, microphones, and etc.

While we have instruments on-site available for your lessons, you will still need an instrument to practice at home. So, if you do not own one you can check with your local shop or sites such as Sweetwater and American Musical for some good options.

5. Student Collaboration

One of the coolest features of our music lessons approach is promoting student collaboration. Above all, we believe that it is in a group setting that students can truly experience performance at its core. Therefore, we believe that being able to play music with your friends in front of live audiences is the best way to keep you motivated. As a result, here at Rockside we aim to take your music training to the next level.

6. Performance-Based Approach

Here at Rockside Music we believe that the best way to be successful in any music lesson program is to be able to play as quickly as possible. So, from the time you first walk in to the lesson room, our first priority is to get you playing as soon as possible. Consequently, as you progress and feel more confident, our ultimate goal is to get you ready to perform. It may be at home for your family and friends, or perhaps at church with the praise team; no matter what your dream is, our mission is to get you there.

7. Amazing Concerts and Recitals

Every parent just wants to know how their child is doing and if they are really progressing. Therefore, the best way for a parent to understand if their investment in lessons is really worth it, is to have their child participate in a recital or concert.

Because we value these experiences, we hold biannual recitals and concerts in spring and fall. Also, to provide a memorable experience all around, we truly invest time and money on the production of these events.

First, for the recitals we offer a more intimate setting. That is to say these are usually more classical in style and mostly solo performances. So, our recitals are set with a stage featuring an incredible Steinway grand piano, we also pay attention to every detail so that students and families truly feel inspired by the whole experience.

Second, as for the concerts, we use a theater venue with stage, lighting, professional sound, drum set, guitars, and the whole apparatus. Because these are more band oriented, we try to feature several group performances. Most importantly, these concerts are the culmination of everything we are about and work for. Students collaborating with each other; teachers mentoring and participating with their students; performances by students and their families, and etc. In short, these are extremely fun shows for everyone and we love doing them.

To sum it all up, these events are everything that Rockside Music Lessons Programs are all about.

8. Month to Month Lessons

Rockside Music does not require semester minimums for lessons. Therefore every student here is on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts or commitments.

​So, if you are ready to start, you have nothing to lose as we only want students who truly want to be here and we will not commit you to a long-term contract.

9. Morning, lunch break, and evening lessons for homeschoolers, retirees, college students, and working professionals.

Because we are the fastest growing music school in Riverside, California, we are able to be a ‘full time’ music school.

This allows us to offer lessons as early as 10:00 a.m. and we see many students between the hours of 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. We also offer evening lessons starting as late as 8:30 p.m.

In short, if you are a homeschool parent, retiree, college student or working professional who has a flexible schedule, take advantage of our morning,  lunch time, and evening lesson spots.
